\ud83c\udf31 The Beginning: Far Away, Under the Sun<\/h2>\n

I was born on the slopes of a volcano, on a plantation where the sun beats down and the earth smells of ash and warm grass. Maria was the one who picked me \u2014 with a gentle but precise touch. She dropped me into a big woven basket, along with my ripest brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou look like a promising one, little guy,\u201d she whispered.<\/p>\n

After a bath, a short fermentation, and several days drying in the sun, I was ready: still green, a little nervous, but excited for the journey ahead.<\/p>\n

He opened our container, checked the paperwork, and inspected the seals. Everything was in order. He said green coffee is like gold to roasters \u2014 not a single pallet could go missing.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s when St\u00e9phane, the truck driver, came into my life. He doesn\u2019t talk much, but he knows every turn between the warehouse and the roastery. He was the one who delivered us to the master roaster \u2014 a big workshop that already smelled like the joy of fresh coffee.<\/p>\n
